TERM OF SERVICES:
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
GENERAL:
■ You are only subjected to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction. The TOS can change!
■ All artwork is transferred digitally.
■ Keep in mind, my skill level is limited. Refer to the Can/Cannot board in my commission page.
■ DO NOT feed my art into AI.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:
■ You will have to pay 30% of the commission price (reservation fee) before starting the commission. After the commission is completed, you must pay the remaining fees in 1-2 weeks.
■ Cancellation of the commission: If the cancellation came from my side, I will refund the reservation fee in full regardless of the completion rate. If the cancellation came from your side, I will refund fully (If the commission hasn't been worked on/The commission is in the sketch/line stage), or no refunds (commission in the coloring stage onward)
Communication:
■ All communication will be in Discord or Twitter.
■ Because of the timezone difference, I may answer late.
■ The finished product will be sent via Google Drive. The package included the finished painting.
■ You must provide either a visual guide reference, a detailed description, or a gallery to your character, and any other important information so I can draw the character accurately. Keep in mind there may be some inconsistencies for multiple reasons. Any changes of character details stemming from my error won't be charged adjustment fees.
■ I am not drawing flat-out NSFW works. With any suggestive works (Nude, suggestive poses, suggestive actions,...) You MUST be over the age of 18. By ordering these works, you are agreeing to be over 18. If I found out you are under 18 when ordering, or you are lying about your age, you will be put on my blacklist.
Deadlines:
■ I will provide an estimated time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission.
■ I will provide WIP in the corresponding sketch, lineart, coloring, and rendering stages. You may request additional progress updates at any time!Usage Policy:
■ My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!
■ You may repost the work wherever you like; however, proper credit must be given.Thank you for using my service. If you had any questions, feel free to ask!
